Good morning, Butte.
🏘️ Community
Jason DeJohn, a local fighter battling throat cancer, will be honored at a benefit on Saturday, October 11 at Jokers Wild Casino where friends and family plan games, raffles, and auctions—raising support for his ongoing treatment and recovery.
The events begin at 2pm with auctions and a dart tournament, and a taco bar will open at 5pm to welcome the community.
🎭 Culture
Americans are expected to spend over 13 billion dollars on Halloween costumes this season with about 115 dollars per adult and over 600 dollars for families as the holiday nears.
Montanans can choose from options such as Yellowstone-inspired outfits, Phillies Karen looks, and pop culture couples costumes—trends that highlight the growing adult celebration.
