- ➤ Butte’s Mother Lode Theater will host 'Whose Live Anyway?' this Saturday as TV stars from Whose Line Is It Anyway perform a 90-minute improv comedy show based on audience suggestions — doors open at 6:30 p.m. and the show begins at 7:30 p.m., with cast members including Ryan Stiles, Greg Proops, Jeff B. - ➤ Butte resident Garrity Heir is working to change a county ordinance that restricts backyard chickens in the Mining City. The draft ordinance would reduce the property size from 20,000 square feet to 6,000 square feet and add setbacks for coops—residents are urged to contact Animal Services with their ideas. KXLF
- ➤ Senator Tim Sheehy spoke from Capitol Hill and warned that Montana’s mining sector faces a turning point as he detailed a USITC investigation into Russian palladium imports and a decades-long assault on our resource economy—he stressed that common sense policy is needed to protect Montana’s resources. He also raised concerns about potential government actions affecting miners and called for urgent measures to secure the natural resource economy. KXTL
