- ➤ Billionaire Fred Eshelman, who owns 50 square miles of ranch land in Wyoming and lost in local, federal, and appellate courts, is bringing his case before the U.S. Supreme Court to block access to millions of acres of public land — including parcels in Montana — which could lock up land for hunters and recreation users.
