- ➤ The Butte-Silver Bow Fair will run from 9 a.m. Thursday through Saturday night at the Butte Civic Center, featuring rodeos, freestyle motocross, live music from local bands and singer-songwriter Kyle Rife, plus fun events like a cornhole tournament and a pie-eating contest. The 4-H kids will be the main stars as they show their animal projects and skills they have worked on — a true celebration for the community. The Montana Standard

- ➤ Al Hess is leading a project to restore Engine 25 at the Butte Civic Center and build a protective housing structure—local government and sponsors have supported the effort so far. - ➤ Legendary ZZ Top guitarist Billy F Gibbons performed Saturday at the Wise River Club for a benefit that sold all 125 tickets to support the Beaverhead County Sheriff's K9 program.
