- ➤ Mountain bike racers are gathering at Homestake Pass near Butte for the 19th annual Butte 100, including two-time Olympian Tinker Juarez. The challenging 100-mile race — which race owner Stephanie Sorini said may take at least 10 hours to finish — draws 428 competitors. KXLF
