Butte resident Darlene Battaiola spent three weeks building two floats for the parade and the Serbian Food Festival.
The parade will start at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 4 at the Butte Civic Center where 125 organizations will join the route along Harrison Avenue.
The Butte Parks and Trails Foundation hosts Lunch in the Park today at Emma Park with live music, food trucks, and kids' activities from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The event runs weekly through July.
