- ➤ Three partners bought the historic Tuttle Building on North Main Street in Uptown Butte in early March and plan to rehab the space for arts events. The Montana Standard
- ➤ Rocky Mountain Irish Fiddlers busked in Uptown Butte on Monday, Mar. 16 ahead of St. Patrick's Day and treated local listeners to lively traditional tunes that boosted community spirit. The Montana Standard
- ➤ Nearly 100 entries including politicians, high school bands, bagpipers, vintage cars and horses will join Uptown Butte's St. Patrick's Day parade today at noon. The Montana Standard
HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ St. James Hospital in Butte received re-accreditation for its cardiac care as recognized by the American College of Cardiology. The hospital was honored for its expertise in treating chest pain and heart attack symptoms. The Montana Standard

- ➤ Monday evening at Valley Bank Arena on Montana Tech's campus saw high school teams compete in the Southwest Montana All Star Basketball Classic, with the girls game starting at 5:30 p.m. and the boys game at 7 plus a halftime three-point contest sponsored by the Butte Chamber of Commerce Hospitality Committee.
