- ➤ Local officials announced grants to fund community celebrations marking America’s 250th birthday later this summer in Butte — the funds will support events that honor the region’s heritage. The Montana Standard
CULTURE NEWS
- ➤ Christy and Ben Pickett bought the historic 1923 Salvation Army building in Uptown and plan to transform it into a music venue with a bar and appetizer dining that will open by the 2027 Montana Folk Festival.
